SAP Program Manager (Contractor) | 2016
In my first professional position outside of an internship, I worked in conjunction with SAP business owners such as Vice Presidents and Directors to support tasks related to communications, marketing, international business, and program management. In addition, I designed and developed SAP Jam spaces for Fortune 500 customers and SAP internal groups to positively impact pipeline, revenue, customers, and overall learning environment. My primary role was to manage the design, production and implementation of various graphics such as infographics, banners, newsletters and other visual deliverables for high-level clients. I was part of a team that worked in advanced Go-to-Market initiatives with multiple lines of business including sales, marketing, operations, product management, human resources, technology, finance and other global and regional cross-teams. To round out my workload, I published communications consisting of news, updates, and announcements for the SAP HANA International Focus Group (iFG) including promotion for popular weekly webinars.
Marketing Intern | 2015
This internship was the summer after I graduated West Chester and is what led me to my current career path professional interests in advertising and marketing. I was able to experience and take part in the rebranding of the oldest bank in Delaware as well as play an active role in expanding WSFS’s social media presence and building the online community. As part of my social media responsibilities, I created content and designed graphics for the company’s social media platforms. This included studying analytics to optimize the social reach as well as assembling reports and measuring engagement which led to recommendations for social media presence and strategy. Further, I sisted in the coordination of digital advertising campaigns including design and statistical tracking using analytics. One of my favorite activities was modifying and proofreading advertising materials which were released externally including brochures, press releases and other communication, fliers, scripts, and copy for the new website. In addition, I drafted and enforced the redesign of the company intranet’s Marketing section by organizing the current content and creating new copies. Finally, I updated each branch's digital signage with relevant messaging and designs as they relate to project milestones and community relations.
Academic Marketing Intern | 2014
This was my first internship during the summer before my senior year at West Chester. In this position I coordinated the execution of educational events and educated students worldwide regarding Bentley’s academic offerings. I assisted with company social media efforts and advertising by creating promotional posts and scheduling support in Adobe Social. I gathered data and assemble reports to accelerate SEO goals for the corporate website which also included website maintenance activity and file archive maintenance. I also led the marketing of online training webinars for Special Interest Groups, and managed and communicated with an international team. Part of this was composing mass emails using mail merges, scheduling social media posts with a call to action, and posting announcements and blog posts on the corporate website. All while continuously organizing the data on a live spreadsheet shared on ProjectWise.
